Hello !
I'm Monsij, a PhD candidate in the Signal Compression Lab at University of California, Santa Barbara. My broad areas of interest are signal processing and video compression, specifically related to immersive media.

I've also had the privilege of working with Dolby Laboratories and Prime Video, focusing on emerging video compression techniques with an emphasis on real-world applications.

Prior to joining graduate school, I received my Bachelors degree from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur in Electronics and Communication Engineering where I was advised by Dr. Aniruddha Chandra for my undergraduate thesis.
